Sarah Huffstetler, MSW, LICSW (she/her)

Sarah is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
with a passion for helping individuals navigate through life’s challenges. She received her Master of Social Work from The University of Hawaii at Manoa. With a background in treating
anxiety, depression, interrelational struggles, personality disorders and life transitions, she specializes in providing trauma informed care using a person-centered approach and integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Attachment theory to support clients in their healing journey.

Sarah’s therapeutic style is rooted in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She believes in the power of building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and collaboration and strives to help clients process and heal from past experiences while empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.

Sarah is dedicated to helping develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and enhance interpersonal relationships. Through a holistic and integrative approach, Sarah works with
people to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop healthier behaviors, and cultivate self-awareness and resilience. Her goal is to support individuals in building a life that is fulfilling, meaningful, and aligned with their values and goals.
