Matt Frank, MSW, LICSW (he/him)
Matt is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. He works with teenagers and adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, or major life transitions. His approach is collaborative and client-centered, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change at their own pace.
Matt integrates evidence-based practices with a practical, down-to-earth style that focuses on real-life skills and sustainable growth. He believes therapy should feel supportive, honest, and useful, not intimidating or one-size-fits-all. He is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and build lives that align with their values. His goal is not just symptom relief, but helping clients feel more confident, grounded, and connected in their everyday lives.

Matt is a Licensed Social Worker, who received his degree from Mankato State University. Outside of work Matt enjoys being active, camping, hiking, and spending time at the lake.

*Matt is currently in the process of getting credentialed with insurance, but is accepting private pay clients.
