Is Springwood Therapy accepting new clients?Yes, Springwood Therapy is currently accepting new clients. Please request an appointment via the patient portal or fill out the contact form if you would like to schedule an appointment.

Does Springwood Therapy accept insurance?Yes, Springwood Therapy is in network with Aetna, BCBSMN, HealthPartners, Cigna and Evernorth, Medica, Optum, UnitedHealthCare, UCare & UMR. Out-of-pocket options (self-pay) are available if Springwood Therapy is not in network with your insurance provider. For clients choosing the self-pay option, a 'good faith estimate' will be provided per requirements of the No Surprises Act (2022). Please contact info@springwoodtherapy.com for further information. Please note: not all insurance plans offer telehealth coverage, therefore it is the client's responsibility to confirm benefits coverage prior to beginning services.

What is the cost of each session?If the client chooses to use insurance, the cost is dependent on the specific plan and will vary. It is the client's responsibility to verify Springwood Therapy is in network with their insurance plan prior to establishing care. Please contact Springwood Therapy if you are interested in out-of-network options (self-pay). Springwood Therapy offers a select amount of sliding scale options for clients.
