Mo Laschen, MA, LPCC (she/her)

Asking for help is a brave and courageous first step in your path to healing. Whether you are struggling with processing emotions, challenging relationships, or significant life events, we will work together to explore and identify what you want to achieve to improve the quality of your life.

It is important that all individuals feel safe, heard, understood and accepted for who they are. Mo provides a relaxed, laid back atmosphere, humor-filled, and a gentle, yet straight forward approach. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples going through life transitions, lifestyle changes, struggling with physical wellness, substance use, anxiety or mood disorders.

Mo is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Board Approved Supervisor, who has been practicing in the field since 2014. She holds an undergraduate degree in Nutrition from the College of Saint Benedict and a Master's in Counseling Pyschology from the University of Saint Thomas.

Outside of work Mo enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, being active, reading and baking.
