Matt Frank, MSW, LICSW (he/him)
Life can be really hard sometimes and you don't have to figure it out alone. Matt is here to offer a space where you can slow down, explore what's going on beneath the surface, and start to understand the patterns that might be keeping you stuck.
Matt especially enjoys working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating a history of trauma, self-harm, or mood disorders. If that's you (or your teen), know that you're in the right place.
Matt's approach draws on EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, and DBT, evidence-based methods that are as practical as they are effective. More than anything, he aims to create a space that feels safe, judgment-free, and genuinely yours. Matt allows you to go at your pace, focus on real-life skills, and work toward changes that actually stick.
Matt is a Licensed Social Worker, who received his degree from Mankato State University. Outside of work Matt enjoys being active, camping, hiking, and spending time at the lake.
*Matt is currently only in-network with all UHC/UHBehavioral plans.
